Refund and Returns Policy

While we ensure strict quality checks and reliable packaging, there may be rare situations where cancellations or refunds are necessary. These include, but are not limited to, shipping delays, wrong or damaged items, or genuine quality concerns.

Our policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and fair to ensure your satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

• To cancel an order, please raise a request through the Orders section of your dashboard or contact our support team with your order details.

• Once your order has been dispatched, we will be unable to process any cancellations.

• In case of pre-paid orders, the refund will be initiated after the cancellation request is verified.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not provided for successfully delivered orders, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• In such exceptional cases, customers may request a refund within 48 hours of delivery, supported with images or videos as proof.

• Refunds for cancelled or approved return orders are processed based on payment gateway timelines and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Amount credited to the same card.

  • UPI or Wallets (e.g., Paytm): Amount refunded to the same account.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued via bank transfer after verification.

Important Notes

• Ensure that returned products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Products damaged due to customer mishandling or used items will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

• Refund requests raised after the specified timeline may not be processed.

• We reserve the right to verify and validate all claims before initiating a refund or replacement.
