All orders are subject to stock availability.
While we update our stock regularly, discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we will:

Contact you to either wait for restocking or request a refund for the unavailable item.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Payment for shipping is collected at the time of purchase.
The amount shown during checkout is the final shipping cost.

International deliveries generally take 4–22 business days, depending on the courier and destination.

Dispatch Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours (excluding national holidays).
On holidays, processing resumes on the next working day.

4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy for next steps if you need to return your order.
5. Returns
Change of Mind Returns
Returns due to change of mind are accepted if:
The request is made within 3 days of receipt, and
The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
Refunds for change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit once the return is received and verified.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Warranty Returns
Warranty claims can be raised within 90 days of receipt.
Customers need to prepay return shipping, but this cost will be reimbursed once the warranty claim is approved.
